The New Perspective (Carroll University's Student News Publication)
- Editor-in-Chief (April 2016-Present)
As co-editor-in-chief, I am the first and last person to look at any article or other content published in The New Perspective. My co-editor and I are responsible for coordinating the entire editorial process and our staff of section editors, reporters, etc... We both edit articles for content and grammar and approve or execute the layout and design of each page of the paper in Adobe InDesign. In September 2016, my co-editor and I performed a complete overhaul and rebranding of the paper through which we went from a traditional newspaper format to a more visually appealing and modernized periodical format. This has resulted in a substantial increase in readership. The NP prints monthly.
